Estos entornos manejan vol\u00famenes masivos de llamadas, donde cada segundo de retraso, cada llamada fallida o cada comunicaci\u00f3n de baja calidad puede suponer una p\u00e9rdida econ\u00f3mica y un deterioro de la experiencia del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente, muchos centros de llamadas dependen de sistemas de enrutamiento que, aunque pueden incluir l\u00f3gicas de balanceo de carga, siguen siendo fundamentalmente est\u00e1ticos. No pueden adaptarse en tiempo real a la congesti\u00f3n de la red de un operador ni redirigir din\u00e1micamente el tr\u00e1fico a trav\u00e9s de un proveedor alternativo que ofrezca mejores condiciones en ese preciso momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soluci\u00f3n de MLSIP aborda este problema de ra\u00edz.
